When sleeping on your back, place your head in the center of the pillow, aligning the indentation to your neck. When you shift to your side, position your head toward one of the curved ends. The larger ends provide additional support, ensuring proper alignment when sleeping on your side. 

Handcrafted in Texas with meticulous attention to detail, it offers exceptional quality and personalization with a washable cotton sateen protector, customizable embroidery, and a choice of hypoallergenic fill. A Queen size pillow case will fit this pillow.

Includes: hypoallergenic pillow insert, 100% cotton sateen pillow protector and a removable organic French Lavender sachet (Down only).
