How to Use: Put your head near one end of the pillow and place the other end in front of your body. Hug it close and place your arm on top of the pillow to keep your shoulder and neck supported.

Includes: hypoallergenic pillow insert, 100% cotton sateen pillow protector and a removable organic French Lavender sachet (Down only).

Protector Care: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not mix colors, do not bleach or use fabric softener. Tumble dry low heat, remove quickly. Warm iron, if desired. May be professionally cleaned.
